In 1985, he would move from the second team to the first team as an All American. But........that wasn't his only Nationally recognized achievement. Mullin was named the College Basketball Player of the Year by the UPI. He would lead the Johnnies to the Final Four in 1985, where they would bow out to Patrick Ewing and the Hoyas.
Did you know......Chris Mullin was named the Big East Player of the Year three times?
