12 is the jersey number worn by the largest number (amount) of Super Bowl MVPs (It has been worn seven times by a Super Bowl MVP to-date). Four of those MVP awards were given to Tom Brady and Terry Bradshaw combined (two each). The three other MVPs wearing jersey number 12 were: Roger Staubach, Joe Namath and Aaron Rodgers. Each one of these five quarterbacks is either a Hall of Famer or a future one.
With one of the above quarterbacks wearing number 12 in the upcoming Super Bowl, the number of MVPs wearing this jersey number could quickly increase to eight.
