I still have the Score Hockey card set that featured Eric Lindros as the next great NHL star. Number 88 may
not have had a Mario Lemieux-esque career, but he did have a very strong career with some impressive career stats. Lindros was drafted by the Nordiques in 1991, but would wind up beginning his NHL career with the Philadelphia Flyers. His career would take him from Philly to New York, Toronto and Dallas.
Over 13 NHL seasons, number 88 tallied:
- 372 goals
- 493 assists
- 1.14 points per game (18th all-time)
- 16.1% shooting percentage (oddly enough, 88th all-time)
- 1994-95 Hart Memorial and Ted Lindsay Award Winner
- .49 career goals per game (30th overall)
