Wearing an odd jersey number for a wide receiver, Fred Biletnikoff is the best athlete to wear the NFL jersey number 25. Biletnikoff, who was an All-American at Florida State, was drafted by both the Raiders of the AFL and the Lions of the NFL in 1965. He chose the Raiders, and spent his entire American pro football career with Oakland. (He played one year of Canadian pro football, after he retired from the NFL.)
